Company Description:
The origin of our client's facility dates back to 1945 when it first started out as a farm with a beautiful orchard and has since blossomed into a detox and mental health support institution. Skip forward to 1957 when the owners sold the farm to two determined hospital administrators who introduced the principles of Alcoholics Anonymous to the local community. This institute has grown from a farm into a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services in Connecticut. It offers a comprehensive range of services, from detoxification and residential care to outpatient therapies, focusing on a treatment philosophy that integrates medical, psychological, and traditional self-help approaches. Emphasizing the individual's motivation for sobriety, the importance of self-help groups, and the integration of family and social supports, the institute tailors its treatments to each person's needs. With a multidisciplinary approach, it aims to restore healthier functioning, educate clients and families about illness and treatment options, and foster independence. Its commitment to quality care and integrity has established it as a preferred choice for clients, families, and physicians, upholding its mission to provide superior behavioral healthcare services.
