Our mission is to foster early childhood development through engaging activities and personalized care. Summary We are seeking a passionate, well versed, full time childcare provider to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, supporting their growth and development while embodying our values of care and education. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years Be comfortable and confident in every and all classrooms Assist the Lead Teacher in their designated rooms Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for children Communicate effectively with parents Collaborate with team members Qualifications Proven experience in childcare or related fields Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
