Many of our clinicians specialize in trauma, relationships, and interpersonal concerns. Flexible scheduling Part-time and full-time opportunities A collaborative and supportive team A professional, relaxed atmosphere In-person and telehealth options, when appropriate Position Overview We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Clinicians may develop a schedule and caseload that align with their availability, clinical interests, and preferred client populations. Responsibilities Provide clinically appropriate counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation accurately and on time Maintain professional and ethical standards of care Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate Participate in consultation and collaborative care as needed Maintain all licensing and continuing-education requirements Required Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related clinical field Current Idaho license or eligibility for Idaho licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT Ability to successfully complete required background checks Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timeframes Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care Schedule Part-time with the opportunity to build to full-time Flexible hours and workdays Daytime and evening scheduling options In-person and telehealth services may be available Compensation $48-$58 per hour, depending on licensure, experience, schedule, and responsibilities. Work Location Boise and/or Meridian, Idaho, with telehealth opportunities when appropriate. Expected Start Date As soon as mutually agreed upon.
