Licensed Professional Counselor, Behavioral Health Practice, IN Exceptional opportunity to make an impact as a psychotherapist in a supportive skilled nursing/long-term care facilities located in the Batesville, Indiana, area. We seek a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed mental health counselor to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services. Healthcare organization treats older adults, without the administrative responsibilities of private practice. Work 2-3 days a week, covering three facilities, no evenings or weekends. Flexibility schedule supports a great work/life balance: ability to set your scheduling preference, i.e. morning start time and rounding day (between Monday and Friday), round and go environment, 48 hours allowed for chart completion. Autonomous work environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting. For additional details contact recruiter. Requires LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Indiana (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role). With 1 year experience as an
LPC/LMHC/LMFT
post program completion. Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary up to 60K annually with no cap on productivity income. Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage.
