About Mindful Development Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is expanding our pediatric team and is seeking a compassionate, motivated Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about helping children and families thrive. We believe therapy works best when professionals collaborate—and that's exactly what we do. Our counselors work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and BCBAs to provide comprehensive care for every child. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling for children and adolescents Offer family counseling and caregiver education Complete evaluations and treatment plans Support children with anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, emotional regulation, depression, and behavioral challenges Collaborate with schools, physicians, and therapy team members Maintain accurate documentation Qualifications Required Active Montana License (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Preferred Pediatric mental health experience Trauma-informed care Family systems experience Benefits Competitive salary 4-day work week Flexible scheduling Relocation assistance Paid continuing education Collaborative interdisciplinary team Growth opportunities Administrative support Why You'll Love Working Here At Mindful Development, you're more than a productivity number.
