Oak Ridge Counseling is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) who works with children, teens, and adults to provide therapy services in our supportive, newly remodeled Oak Ridge office.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, diagnose (DSM-5), and create treatment plans Provide individual and/or family therapy Manage crises and maintain timely clinical notes (EHR) Collaborate with other professionals and attend paid biweekly team meetings Uphold ethical and legal standards (HIPAA, NC regulations)

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field Active, unrestricted NC License (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills EHR proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with all ages (children, teens & adults) Experience is specialty areas, such as couples counseling or treating substance use

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$55 - $75 per 50 minute session (based on experience/qualifications and appointment type)

Caseload:

See an average of 20 clients per week. You create your own schedule
