Job Description

THE JOB The Crisis Response Therapist provides crisis intervention, assessment, therapy, and behavioral health services for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises. This position serves as a critical clinical resource by responding to individuals seeking immediate assistance, conducting behavioral health screenings and assessments, providing short-term therapeutic interventions, and supporting stabilization and connection to ongoing services. The Crisis Response Therapist collaborates with community partners, first responders, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary treatment team members to assist individuals in crisis and ensure timely access to appropriate levels of care. This role also participates in the clinical processes associated with the outpatient system of care, including assessments, care coordination, treatment planning, documentation, and continuity of services, while promoting high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care.

Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska, provisional licenses accepted
Required:
At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
