Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Licensed Professional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services in a variety of settings across the age span and works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor administers an assortment of assessment tools and develop programming as needed to assist in the treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- + Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
