- $40.
Hours:
Full time, 40 hours per week. M-F; 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatment interventions for inmates in the Lancaster County Jail. Address and treat substance use issues, criminogenic risk, and other underlying behavioral health needs. Facilitating the Inception to Substance Recovery and Substance Treatment Recovery programs. Delivery of various topics which include group sessions addressing exercise, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, emotional health topics, team building, assertive communications, codependency, personal change plans, addiction topics and relapse prevention strategies, trauma education and support, moral reconation therapy, and anger and violence education. Participate in multi-disciplinary team and/or committee meetings to coordinate service delivery and agency functioning. PLMHP/LMHP or LADC preferred.Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in social work, psychology or related field supplemented by a Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related field plus six months of experience counseling clients in a mental health/social service program or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills. Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.
