- Requirements:
- Experience in a clinical setting and mental/behavioral health Passion for working with youth and adolescents Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, or enrollment in a Doctorate program Licensed, pre-licensed, or able to transfer license in relevant mental health fields Experience with individual, family, or group therapy, especially with youth Experience with substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care is preferred •
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy for adolescents addressing anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders Maintain detailed clinical documentation Conduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing insights with the team Build rapport with patients over a 28-35 day treatment period Assist with aftercare, discharge planning, and collaborate with families and clinical teams
