Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to provide high-quality substance use & mental health services. If you are passionate about helping others achieve recovery, emotional wellness, and personal growth, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Alcohol or Drug Assessments & mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, facilitating recovery groups, developing relapse prevention plans, coordinating care, and working with multidisciplinary treatment. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare providers, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Adhere to ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and organizational policies. Qualifications Current Behavioral Health Professional license (LPC, LADC, LMFT) in the state of Oklahoma. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
