Join our dedicated team to provide high-quality, client-centered mental health care in a supportive clinical environment. Experience & Qualifications include but are not limited to the following: Active LPC license and a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field from an accredited institution. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred — additional compensation provided for bilingual skills. Knowledge and application of trauma-informed care principles. Proficient with computers and technology, including electronic health records. Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills. Experience providing care to adults, children, adolescents, or individuals across the lifespan. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations. Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress notes, treatment reviews, service coordination, status reports, and discharge summaries. Perform additional related duties as assigned by leadership.
