Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
LCAS, LCAS-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, CADC
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and mental health counseling, with the ability to provide support and guidance to individuals facing various challenges. This role requires a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients while utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.

Duties Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on mental health issues, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and progress. Mentor clients in developing coping strategies and life skills necessary for recovery and personal growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in behavior or condition. Stay informed about current trends in behavioral health systems and best practices in therapy. Experience If Counseling; A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required; licensure may be necessary depending on the specific role. Experience in mental health counseling, addiction counseling, or crisis management is preferred. Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and behavioral health systems is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A commitment to ongoing professional development and training in therapeutic techniques.
