Overview We are seeking a New Jersey-licensed LCSW or LPC to provide individual therapy and psychotherapy to residents of senior living communities. This is a full-time hybrid position with a consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule, offering stability and the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with aging adults. Ability to provide in selected days onsite in-person therapy/psychotherapy in Hammonton, NJ and / or in Wayne is preferred. Duties Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to older adults in assisted living and memory care settings. Conduct initial assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with facility staff, care coordinators, and family members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Support residents with a range of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, cognitive decline, and adjustment issues. Utilize geriatric-appropriate interventions, including CBT, reminiscence therapy, and supportive counseling. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and clinical case reviews as needed. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with state licensure and organizational policies.

Qualifications Required Licensure:

LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent (independent license required). Preferred Experience (not required): Minimum of 1 year providing therapy to older adults or in long-term care settings. Strong communication and rapport-building skills with older adults and facility staff. Competency in documentation and EHR systems. Ability to work independently in a field-based setting with minimal supervision. Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in working with aging and cognitively impaired populations.
