• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Licensed Therapist or Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist (graduate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide psychotherapy services to address a range of mental health issues
• Potentially Offer Christian counseling (if this aligns with your values) services for clients seeking faith-based therapy
• Engage in case management activities to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in making positive changes

• Qualifications:

• Have a Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Proficiency in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and treatment planning
