Key Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified by ONE of the following: Passing score on the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Paraprofessional or ParaEducator Exam), or At least 60 college credits with official transcripts (copies or pictures of diplomas are not accepted) Ability and willingness to assist with toileting as part of daily duties Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience as a school paraprofessional is highly valued Capable of mapping chosen work sites and identifying a preferred location from the provided list

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate consistently with classroom teachers and special education teams Support students individually or in small groups to foster academic, behavioral, and social success Provide hands-on assistance in all aspects of student needs, including personal care Help maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom atmosphere Maintain clear records and follow district protocols

Contract Details:
