Work Environment In this fully remote role, you will work from the comfort of your chosen environment, whether it be your home office or any other location with reliable internet access. Our telehealth platform enables seamless communication with clients while minimizing administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional therapeutic services. We provide high volumes of regular client referrals, ensuring a steady workflow tailored to your schedule, giving you the freedom to decide between 5 to 40 hours of work per week. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to ascertain clients' unique experiences, allowing you to develop personalized and effective treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies that are attuned to the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of clients. Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health concerns and actively promoting resilience, healing, and overall well-being. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded approach to patient care. Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring clients are safe and have access to necessary resources. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment opportunities, guiding them in identifying available community resources for further support. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance with all clinical and ethical standards. Qualifications Possession of an active state license for independent clinical practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD). Strong engagement and communication skills, enabling you to establish meaningful rapport and trust with clients. A working knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions that inform high-quality patient care delivery. Preferred Experience Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable. Proficiency in culturally sensitive practices addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse populations. Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies will be a significant advantage. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from
USD 74,000
to 104,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus. Additional performance bonuses are available, reflecting your state licensure and contributions to the practice.
