Integral Psychological Services About Us Integral Psychological Services is a compassionate, client-centered mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality care. We proudly serve a diverse population across Michigan and are expanding into New Hampshire. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a licensed Therapist to join our team in a hybrid role. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and compassionate therapist who enjoys working with clients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is experienced in addressing a wide range of individual and relational concerns and is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This role is focused solely on providing therapy services—no psychological testing or formal assessments are required.
Please note:
This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (HIPAA standards) Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate Engage in ongoing professional development Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active New Hampshire license (e.g., MSW, LPC, PhD, PsyD) Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and trauma-informed care What We Offer Competitive compensation: $65,000-$110,000/year (based on licensure, caseload, and experience) Flexible, fully remote work environment Referrals provided and administrative support included Supportive and collaborative team culture Autonomy to develop and grow your clinical niche
