Flexible Hours, Hybrid Work Schedule, Professional Development Assistance About Mountain Laurel Wellness Mountain Laurel Wellness is a private group therapy practice dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health care in a compassionate and supportive environment. We serve individuals, couples, and families, with an emphasis on holistic healing, trauma-informed practices, and personalized care. We are currently expanding our team and looking for fully licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping others and want to focus on their clinical work while we take care of the rest. This position also offers the opportunity to provide supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians , if desired. Position Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated therapists to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services tailored to each client's unique needs. As a clinician at Mountain Laurel Wellness, you'll have the freedom to focus on your clients while we handle all of the administrative operations that support your work. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and timely progress notes Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations, as needed Manage a caseload that fits your preferred schedule and availability (Optional) Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff, if qualified Qualifications Fully licensed in the state of Connecticut as an
