We are seeking a motivated, compassionate pre-licensed therapist to join our growing private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build a caseload while receiving supervision in a supportive practice setting with flexibility and autonomy. What We Offer Hybrid work schedule with a combination of in-office and telehealth sessions Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Consistent referral stream Individual clinical supervision toward licensure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Professional, fully furnished office space Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate progress notes Collaborate with other providers as appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing regulations Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Eligible for or actively working toward New Hampshire clinical licensure (MLADC, LCMHC Candidate, LICSW Associate, LMFT Associate, etc., as applicable) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care Preferred Qualifications Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship concerns Training or interest in trauma-informed care, EMDR, or DBT Compensation Competitive fee-for-service compensation based on completed sessions.
