(mental health, social worker, psychology, counselor, mental health therapist) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, including children and families. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Implement crisis intervention strategies and support patients with PTSD and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical research to stay current with best practices.
