We're seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in the greater Boise area, with office locations in Boise and Meridian . This is a hybrid position —you have the freedom to design a schedule that fits your life and clients' needs. Whether you prefer more in-person sessions or telehealth flexibility (for example, three days in the office and two days from home), we support a balanced, sustainable approach to clinical work. Our office team handles intake screenings and client matching, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care. Many of our clinicians enjoy working Monday through Thursday , starting around 10 or 11 a.m. and wrapping up by 6 or 7 p.m. , promoting both professional fulfillment and personal well-being. Competitive pay ranging from $45-$50 per hour , plus additional compensation for administrative work. Full healthcare coverage, including medical, vision, and dental.
