Our group practice takes a holistic, person-centered approach to mental health, serving adolescents and adults across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or PsyD / Licensed Psychologists) licensed in New Hampshire (additional licensure is a plus but not required). Whether you specialize in working with adolescents, adults, or another population, we welcome clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals through:

Active independent clinical license in New Hampshire (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD) Experience or strong interest in person-centered, holistic, or integrative modalities A commitment to providing inclusive, culturally humble, and affirmative care. Ability to work independently while enjoying a supportive, collaborative small-practice culture Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have your own malpractice insurance

Duties:

Maintain accurate clinical documentation done within a timely manner (all session notes to be completed within 48 hours of a session, 24 hours within a session that safety or crisis planning was conducted) Engage in case management activities that may arise for your client. Conduct initial mental health assessments and on-going treatment planning. Be up to date on all continuing education requirements for the license(s) you hold. Why Join The Therapy People? You set your own clinical hours and caseload (part-time or full time, must see a minimum of 5 clients a week)

The office space is fully furnished and equipped with supplies. You have the option to either practice in our historic, light-filled office space on the less busy end of Elm St. in Manchester or offer telehealth from the confines of your own space.

Competitive Compensation:
