Foothills Counseling, a group private practice in beautiful La Grande, OR, is looking for part time and/or full time mental health therapists to join our group practice. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Oregon, or registered as an Licensed Professional Counselor Associate or Clinical Social Work Associate working toward licensure in the State of Oregon. Compensation is percentage based on payments received, and paid out monthly. Generous bonus program, and 3% matching retirement account offered. Foothills Counseling provides a steady stream of referrals, and includes supervision toward licensure or clinical consultation, group supervision, and a supportive team environment. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded environment. Candidate will be W2 employee status. Foothills Counseling is an approved site for several loan repayment programs. Foothills holds a Certificate of Approval from the State of Oregon and is eligible to bill Medicaid for associate level clinicians.
