A Mental or Behavioral Health Counselor works with patients to treat mental health problems. Assesses patients and assists with diagnosis, counseling and crisis intervention. Consults with nurses, doctors and psychiatrists. May work with specific populations, such as youth, senior citizens or substance abusers, in group settings, facilities or hospitals.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as client demand and caseload increase. We value clinical independence and empower our therapists to practice with true autonomy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality individual therapy to adults (18+) managing general mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, life stress) using your preferred evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, etc.). Complete timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Coordinate care with our psychiatric team when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) . Proven experience delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy to adults (18+). Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours (building toward a full caseload). Hybrid schedule based on patient needs. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about delivering quality therapy and interested in growing with our practice.

Pay:
$55.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 30.0 per week
