What You'll Do Support Clients:
Provide meaningful therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Many of our clients benefit from deeper trauma work, so EMDR or an interest in EMDR is a huge plus.
Grow Clinically:
Have access to ongoing professional development, especially in trauma-related work and EMDR. Collaborate With the

Share ideas, talk cases, and learn alongside other thoughtful and passionate therapists. What We're Looking For Registered LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ACSW, or APCC in California EMDR trained — or ready and excited to pursue EMDR training soon Willing to work at least 2 afternoons/evenings or willingness to work on weekend Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a desire to keep learning A warm, compassionate, client-centered approach Someone who communicates well, turns documentation in on time, and enjoys working with a supportive team Comfortable with Google Suite and open to learning EHR systems Ready to Join Us? As first steps, and to help us understand a little bit more about you initially, we'd love for you to complete a short personality test. Here's the link: . In it, share your therapeutic style, your preferred schedule and weekly availability, and one area you're currently growing in as a clinician.
