We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. We are intentionally building a team with complementary clinical strengths. Our clinicians are supported by established administrative, scheduling, billing, credentialing, and referral systems so they can remain focused on high-quality clinical care. We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed psychotherapist who values thoughtful, client-centered treatment, strong therapeutic relationships, clinical accountability, and continued professional growth. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or advanced training in one or more of the following: Children and adolescents Couples and family therapy Anxiety and depressive disorders Trauma treatment Parent-child concerns Relationship difficulties Evidence-based or specialized psychotherapy approaches What We Offer W-2 employment Compensation of up to $55 per clinical hour , based on relevant experience, specialized training, clinical expertise, and schedule availability Flexible part-time scheduling Hybrid in-person and telehealth work Furnished, professional therapy offices in Woodbridge Administrative and scheduling support Billing and insurance support Credentialing assistance Established referral and intake processes Clinical consultation and collaborative team support Opportunities to deepen specialty areas Potential to increase clinical hours as referral demand grows Who We Are Looking For The strongest candidate will be a skilled, dependable clinician who can work independently while remaining engaged with the broader clinical team. You may be a strong fit if you: Build effective therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate clinical structure Individualize treatment rather than relying on a single approach for every client Are comfortable treating a range of presenting concerns while developing areas of specialization Use evidence-based or evidence-informed interventions thoughtfully Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and professional boundaries Maintain timely documentation and dependable communication Value collaboration, consultation, and feedback Are interested in establishing a stable, longer-term role within a growing practice Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to assigned clients Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, couples, family, or child/adolescent therapy within training and scope of practice Monitor client progress and adjust treatment when clinically indicated Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain ethical, professional, and HIPAA-compliant standards Communicate appropriately regarding scheduling, continuity of care, and clinical concerns Participate in periodic clinical consultation and practice meetings Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate and authorized Qualifications Required Current independent Connecticut license in good standing as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Master's degree or higher in an appropriate behavioral health discipline Outpatient psychotherapy experience Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Ability to provide some in-person services in Woodbridge Ability to provide telehealth services to clients throughout Connecticut Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to meet applicable insurance credentialing requirements Preferred Two or more years of post-graduate psychotherapy experience Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions Training or certification in an evidence-based psychotherapy approach Experience working with children/adolescents, couples, or families Availability for after-school or evening appointments Bilingual or multilingual clinical capability Schedule This is a part-time position beginning at approximately 10-15 clinical sessions per week , with the opportunity to increase hours as referral demand and mutual fit support growth. Scheduling flexibility is available. Availability for some weekday evening or after-school appointments is strongly preferred. The position includes a combination of in-person services in Woodbridge and telehealth services throughout Connecticut . To Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
