- Supervision Toward Independent Licensure Best Practice Psychotherapy | Woodbridge, Connecticut Part-Time | W-2 Build Your Clinical Skills in a Supportive Group Practice Best Practice Psychotherapy (BPP) is a growing outpatient mental health group practice in Woodbridge, Connecticut, providing thoughtful, personalized psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
What We Are Looking For Required:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or an appropriately related clinical discipline Current Connecticut LMSW or LPCA license Commitment to obtaining independent clinical licensure Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills Dependability, professionalism, and timely documentation Openness to supervision, feedback, and continued clinical development Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a clinical team Especially valued: Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families Interest or experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, or family concerns Training in evidence-based psychotherapy approaches Interest in developing an area of clinical specialization over time Ability to provide some in-person services in Woodbridge What BPP Provides Clinical supervision toward independent licensure Established administrative and scheduling support Billing and insurance support Referral and caseload-building support Flexible part-time scheduling Opportunities for clinical consultation and professional development A collaborative practice environment with clinicians serving diverse populations and clinical needs Opportunity to grow professionally within an expanding group practice Compensation $40- 45 per hour , based on clinical experience and qualifications.
