Qualifications A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, psychologist, or LMFT. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a strong background in trauma-informed care.
