Provide direct clinical support ensuring the goals and objectives for each client in the Veteran's Count Program.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Currently licensed as a LICSW or LCMHC Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred Couples counseling experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized, person - centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment. Assist each client in the completion of intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement based care as applicable. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies. Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA - compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices. Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed. Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care. Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support. Complete monthly reports and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, Federal or State requirements. Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations. Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Compensation:

Starting 72,800 annually based on experience.

Hours:

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. What's in it for you?
