Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A)Part-Time With Opportunity to Grow Into Full-Time South Carolina Institute for Sexual Integrity (SC-IFSI) Lexington, South Carolina The South Carolina Institute for Sexual Integrity (SC-IFSI) is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who wants more than simply a place to accumulate clinical hours. This position is designed for a developing clinician who wants to become highly competent in the treatment of problematic sexual behavior (PSB), compulsive sexual behavior, pornography-related concerns, infidelity, relational betrayal, trauma, and recovery . SC-IFSI is a specialty behavioral health practice in Lexington, South Carolina, focused on helping men and their families move from secrecy, compulsivity, and relational disruption toward integrity, recovery, and healthier relationships. The successful candidate will work directly with Dr. Ken Taylor, LPCS, CSAT , founder of SC-IFSI, receiving clinical supervision, consultation, mentoring, and exposure to a highly specialized area of practice. You do need to be teachable, clinically curious, comfortable addressing difficult subjects, and interested in becoming highly competent in this specialty.

90 days All required work time is compensated, including appropriate clinical, documentation, supervision, and administrative responsibilities associated with the position. Clinical Supervision Included Qualified LPC Associates will receive LPC supervision at no additional cost as part of their employment. This represents a significant professional benefit for an associate clinician working toward independent licensure and provides the opportunity for supervision to occur within the same clinical environment in which the work is being performed. Responsibilities The LPC-A will gradually assume responsibility for: Providing individual counseling services Conducting clinical assessments Developing and maintaining treatment plans Completing timely and professional clinical documentation Participating in clinical supervision and case consultation Learning evidence-informed approaches to PSB treatment Developing competency in trauma-informed care Participating in appropriate SC-IFSI groups, programs, or structured interventions Coordinating care when clinically appropriate Maintaining professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice Helping clients develop sustainable recovery, accountability, and relational health Caseload and responsibilities will increase as clinical competency and practice needs develop.

Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:

Hold a master's degree in counseling or another qualifying clinical discipline Be licensed or eligible for licensure as an LPC Associate in South Carolina Demonstrate strong professional and ethical judgment Be willing to work with adult men presenting with problematic sexual behavior and related concerns Be comfortable discussing sexuality, pornography, infidelity, trauma, relationships, and compulsive behavior directly and professionally Demonstrate openness to supervision, consultation, and continued professional development Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and administrative responsibilities Strong Candidates Will Also Demonstrate Interest in trauma treatment Interest in addiction or compulsive behavior treatment Strong interpersonal and therapeutic skills Ability to balance compassion with appropriate clinical accountability Willingness to learn structured treatment approaches Interest in eventually developing an identifiable area of clinical specialization Ability to work independently while remaining highly engaged in supervision and consultation Previous CSAT training is not required .
