• Overview:

• We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to our clients and their families, promoting healthy relationships and coping mechanisms. This role is a vital part of our clinical team and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced clinic environment and must be comfortable with crisis management and case management.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct support to patients, including behavioral therapy and clinical counseling.
• Deliver grief counseling and support to patients and their families.
• Manage patient cases, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement strategies for crisis management and intervention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
• Facilitate groups and individual therapy sessions and manage a caseload of individual clients.
• Schedule options are Sunday-Thursday

• Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Current licensure or certification as a Therapist, such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Can be pre-licensure but must be in process.
• Experience with a focus on 'Trauma Informed' counseling.
• Proven experience in crisis management and case management.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy and clinical counseling techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
