Qualified Professional As a Qualified Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional mental health services to individuals and families. Your expertise will guide clients through their challenges, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver compassionate care while fostering an environment of growth and healing. What you'll do Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to determine client needs. Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies. Facilitate family counseling sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all participants. Engage in crisis management to address immediate client needs effectively. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes. Basic qualifications Bachelors degree and QMHP certification. Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Preferred qualifications Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its application in treatment plans.
