Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Intensive In-Home Counselor - QMHP to provide mental health support and therapy to children and youth in their home environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health counseling, child and youth therapy, and working directly with children in an in-home setting. This role involves delivering personalized, evidence-based interventions aimed at improving emotional well-being, behavioral health, and family dynamics. The counselor will collaborate closely with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Conduct mental health counseling sessions with children and youth in their homes, focusing on emotional regulation, behavioral management, and coping skills. Provide child and youth therapy tailored to individual needs, promoting resilience and healthy development. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and family input. Engage with families to support positive home environments and strengthen family relationships through therapeutic interventions. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet client goals. Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with agency policies. Collaborate with other professionals such as case managers, school personnel, and healthcare providers to coordinate care. Adhere to all licensing requirements and ethical standards related to mental health counseling as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional). Requirements Proven experience in mental health counseling with children and adolescents. In-home experience working directly with children in therapeutic settings. Strong background in child and youth therapy techniques. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families from diverse backgrounds. Valid credentials as a QMHP or equivalent qualification recognized by the state or licensing body. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
