A-Line Staffing is now hiring Bilingual Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Management in Coral Gables County, FL . If you are interested in this Bilingual Behavioral Health Case Management position, please contact Alexis at Bilingual Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Management Compensation The pay for this position is 34.13 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment Bilingual (Spanish) Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Management Highlights The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Bilingual (Spanish) Hyrbid Behavioral Health Case Manager Responsibilities Willing and able to travel using your own vehicle 50-75% of their time to meet with members face to face in the 33125,33130,33134,33135 (Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license) Provide comprehensive healthcare management services to facilitate appropriate healthcare treatment, effectively manage healthcare costs and improve healthcare program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues Utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support, and education for members through the use of care management tools and resource. Bilingual (Spanish) Hybrid Behavioral Health Case Manager Requirements Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or behavioral health Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in behavioral health or social services field, or human services Must have 2+ years of experience in case management.
