• 100/hour, based on licensure, experience, and qualifications Two positions available | Target start within 4 weeks Rebuilding First Responders (1RP) is seeking two culturally competent, experienced clinicians to join our clinical team and facilitate group psychotherapy for first responders, military veterans, and other public-safety professionals.

Our program is specifically designed around the culture, experiences, and clinical needs of the populations we serve. We are looking for clinicians who can build credibility in the room, facilitate meaningful group work, and understand that effective treatment with first responders and veterans requires more than simply applying traditional therapy in a different setting. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, confidence facilitating psychotherapy groups, and a genuine understanding of first responder and/or military culture. Preference will be given to candidates who: Are current or former first responders, including law enforcement, fire service, EMS, corrections, dispatch, or related public-safety professions; Are military veterans, reservists, National Guard members, or currently serving; Have extensive professional experience treating first responders, veterans, military personnel, or other trauma-exposed populations; Have experience facilitating psychotherapy groups; Understand occupational trauma, cumulative stress, PTSD, substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship/family strain, identity issues, and the challenges associated with help-seeking within these professions; Can balance clinical competence with authenticity, directness, accountability, and the ability to establish trust with this population. Candidates should possess appropriate behavioral-health education, training, and credentials for their clinical role. Licensed clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, although compensation and consideration will reflect the candidate's specific licensure, credentials, experience, and scope of practice. Initial Schedule We are currently hiring for a 10:00 AM-1:00 PM clinical block at our South Easton, MA treatment center. We are looking to fill two positions as soon as possible, ideally with candidates able to begin within the next four weeks. Compensation $50

• 100 per hour, depending upon: Professional licensure and credentials Clinical experience Group psychotherapy experience First responder and/or military background Experience treating first responders, veterans, trauma, mental health, and/or substance use disorders Opportunity for Growth While this position will begin on a part-time basis, there is a significant opportunity to transition into a full-time clinical position as the relationship develops, performance is demonstrated, and scheduling permits.
