We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSW), Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPC), Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologists (TLLP), or Limited Licensed Psychologists (LLP) to join an Outpatient Behavioral Health team. This role provides comprehensive mental health services to adults and families through individual therapy, group counseling, behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning in a collaborative outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, intake evaluations, and psychosocial evaluations. Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Perform ongoing clinical assessments, progress monitoring, and treatment documentation. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, community agencies, and family support systems. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision. Develop effective discharge and aftercare plans to support long-term recovery. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while meeting agency and regulatory requirements. Follow professional ethical standards and maintain active state licensure. Complete required continuing education and professional development training. Build therapeutic relationships while providing culturally competent, trauma-informed care. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling . Active Michigan licensure as one of the following:

LMSW LLMSW LPC LLPC LLP TLLP

Minimum 1 year of experience providing behavioral health services (fieldwork or internship experience accepted) . Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential within 120 days of hire. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing outpatient behavioral health counseling. Knowledge of person-centered treatment planning. Experience with crisis intervention and discharge planning. Strong understanding of community mental health resources. Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care. Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on licensure and experience:

$27.22•$36.63/hour
