We are seeking individuals with professional experience working with youth, behavioral health, mental health, case management, crisis intervention, or challenging behaviors. This position requires someone who can confidently work in a structured environment and provide appropriate mentoring, redirection, behavioral support, and supervision. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, patient, and comfortable working with youth who may demonstrate behavioral challenges, defiance, emotional dysregulation, or other social and emotional needs.
Responsibilities include:
Provide direct support and mentoring to youth Lead and assist with structured small-group activities Establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with youth Redirect inappropriate or disruptive behaviors Utilize appropriate de-escalation and behavioral-support techniques Serve as a positive role model and mentor Assist youth with social-emotional and life-skills development Monitor youth behavior and communicate concerns to program leadership Complete required attendance, incident, and progress documentation Work collaboratively with case managers and behavioral health staff Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment Participate in staff meetings and required training Support the development of smaller groups based on age, needs, and behavior
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
