Harbor Care is seeking a part-time, independently licensed Integrated Care Behavioral Health Clinician to join our mission-driven team, providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is more than a clinical role—it's an opportunity to be part of an organization committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness through integrated care. You'll work alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex and co-occurring needs.

Nashua, NH Schedule:
Licensed Clinicians may enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, offering balance while maintaining strong client connection and team collaboration. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapyConduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and clinical evaluationsSupport clients in crisis with appropriate intervention and care planningCollaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team across servicesMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulationsParticipate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
