Norman Broudy, MD & Associates is a multi-disciplinary group practice established in 1981, specializing in the outpatient treatment of adults, adolescents, and children. We are seeking a Master's level licensed therapist with 2 years of experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents to join our team.

Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Active license as a professional counselor or clinical social worker in Delaware. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

Flexible schedule, choose your own hours. Hybrid schedule can be all telehealth or include in-person sessions. Full administrative support. Pay is $40-$50 per hour. Part-time or full-time, maintain 10 or more case hours weekly. Attend weekly clinical group meetings.
