Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Make a Difference in Integrated Behavioral Health CareSouth Carolina is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team in Hartsville, SC. Our Behavioral Health Providers work as part of an integrated healthcare team to improve the mental and physical health of the patients and communities we serve. This position provides clinical mental health counseling to individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health and substance use concerns. You will collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, provide evidence-based counseling, and coordinate services that support the whole person. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based mental health counseling, including CBT, IPT, and PST, to patients with mild, moderate, and severe mental health and/or substance use disorders. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for adults, adolescents, children, and families. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based goals and objectives. Collaborate with patients, medical providers, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care. Utilize age-appropriate screening, assessment, and treatment approaches. Administer PHQ-9 and PHQ-A screenings as clinically appropriate and required. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation with Behavioral Health leadership and peers. Coordinate services in accordance with applicable federal, state, Medicaid, third-party payer, and confidentiality requirements.

What We're Looking For Required:

$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
