Summary of Position:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) contractor will provide Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitative Services to individuals and their families. Services may be provided in the participant's home or an appropriate community setting. The QMHP contractor will deliver case management and skills-based interventions targeted at increasing the individual's natural supports and strengths, fostering resilience and recovery. The contractor is responsible for accurately documenting services, attending Wraparound Team meetings as needed, and communicating participant progress to supervisors, team members, and the referring authority. Primarily teaching skills and providing case management services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Contractor Responsibilities:
The QMHP contractor will be required to perform the following services: Client Targeted Case Management Services Client Treatment Plans (Tx) Client Progress Notes/ Client Comments
CANS/ ANSA
Assessment Attend Clinical Supervision and Staff Meetings On-Call Crisis Response:
Contractor will be required to be available for crisis response for their clients during the week for crisis response.
QMHP Certification Requirements:
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for various mental health conditions. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
Independent Contractor Terms:
As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Payment will be made per contracted services rendered.
