Job Description
Only apply if you have this licensure: LCSW, LMHP, LPC, or LCP Performs complex assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, consultation and authorization of treatment duties in a mental health and substance abuse setting. Conducts thorough psycho-social assessments for individuals receiving mental health rehabilitation services to include Psycho-social Rehabilitation Services as part of the admission/intake. Provides high level clinical services to adults with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Assists with crisis prevention and intervention services. Performs quality assurance functions and assess/review for medical necessity of services for individuals receiving Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services. Ensures timely submission of Authorizations for PSR services through Magellan and/ or any additional payer sources. Provides oversight and clinical guidance for the staff in Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services on an on-going basis for all clients involved in active services per Medicaid regulations. Collaborates and supports program supervisor in the development, evaluation and direct supervision of program staff and consumers. Assists with development, implement training and ongoing supervision for staff. Identifies and develops staffing resources. Provides training to PSR staff to enhance and maintain clinical and skill building competencies. Assists with ensuring staff adhere to Medicaid, Licensure, and CARF regulations.
