Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing, and reliable care for children in a private home setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development Assist with light household chores related to childcare, such as cleaning up toys and maintaining a tidy play area Support children's routines including nap times, diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and bedtime routines Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or activities as needed Adapt caregiving approaches to meet the needs of children with disabilities or special requirements Skills Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants and toddlers Strong knowledge of childcare best practices, including preschool activities and early childhood development Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Ability to perform residential housekeeping tasks related to childcare and maintain a clean environment Skilled in meal preparation and cooking suitable for children's nutritional needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers This role is perfect for someone passionate about nurturing children's growth while demonstrating reliability, creativity, and compassion.
