Start:

ASAP Schedule:

~2:00 PM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday (25 guaranteed hours/week)

Compensation:

$45-$55/hour, depending on experience

Children:

9, 7, and 5 years old (two boys, one girl) We are seeking a warm, energetic, and highly organized Nanny/Family Assistant to join a busy family with three school-aged children. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with kids while also taking initiative with household organization and family support. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, adaptable, and excited to become a trusted long-term member of the family. Responsibilities School pick-ups from multiple locations (up to three during summer camp season) Safely transporting children to activities (family vehicle provided) Supporting homework and afternoon/evening routines Preparing dinner and snacks; grocery shopping and prepping the kids' weekly lunches Keeping children's rooms and belongings organized Proactively communicating with parents about schedules, activities, and needs What We're Looking For Warm, high-energy, and genuinely passionate about working with kids Organized, proactive, and a creative problem solver Flexible and comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently Dependable, professional, and an excellent communicator Interested in building a long-term relationship with the family Nice to Have (not required) Occasional weekend or morning availability Openness to domestic/international travel with the family Requirements 2+ years of professional in-home nanny experience with school-aged children Clear background check and motor vehicle report Authorized to work in the United States Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Fluent in English Compensation & Benefits $45-$55/hour, depending on experience 25 guaranteed hours/week Family vehicle provided for childcare-related transportation $0.725/mile reimbursement when using a personal vehicle California-mandated sick leave; PTO open for discussion

Growth Potential:

This role has strong potential to grow into a full-time Family Assistant position as trust is established with responsibilities that may expand into travel coordination, household management, and administrative support.

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
