ROTA Nanny (2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off) Newport Beach Peninsula, CA Local Candidates Only (within 30 minutes) Position Overview A private family on the Newport Beach Peninsula is seeking an experienced, professional ROTA Nanny for a confidential placement. This is a full-time, live-out position structured on a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation. The role centers on providing consistent, high-quality care for two early elementary school-age children, with a strong emphasis on maintaining daily routines. Candidates must have a background in child development or education. Former educators are strongly preferred. This is a confidential search limited to local candidates only. Schedule 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation Full-time during on weeks Consistent, predictable schedule Key Responsibilities Maintain structured daily routines for two early elementary school-age children Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care and supervision Support learning, homework, enrichment activities, and social-emotional development Manage age-appropriate meals, hygiene, transitions, and daily schedules Coordinate and attend school-related activities, appointments, and outings as needed Create a calm, organized, and engaging environment that supports the children's routines Maintain clear, professional communication with parents Uphold the highest standards of discretion, reliability, and professionalism Required Qualifications Must live within approximately 30 minutes of the Newport Beach Peninsula (local candidates only) Fluency in both English and Spanish (required) Background in child development, early childhood education, or education Previous experience as an educator (teacher or similar) strongly preferred Proven experience caring for school-age children, ideally in a nanny or comparable role Excellent references and ability to pass a thorough background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain consistent routines High level of discretion and professionalism (confidential placement) Compensation $120,000 - $140,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications To Apply This is a confidential search. Pay:
