Mother's Concierge Co. is looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced Mother's Helper to support busy families throughout South Orange County, primarily in Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and San Clemente. This is not a traditional nanny or housekeeper position. Our Mother's Helpers provide an extra set of hands around the home and help take everyday tasks off a busy mom's plate.

Responsibilities may include:

Laundry, folding and putting clothes away Dishes and kitchen resets Light tidying and general home resets Organizing toys, closets, pantries and household spaces Changing bed linens Light meal or snack prep Grocery shopping, returns and other errands Pet care and other simple household tasks Helping families tackle projects that make their homes run more smoothly We are looking for someone who is extremely dependable, self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative. You should be able to walk into a home, see what needs to be done and get to work without needing constant direction.

The ideal candidate:

Has experience managing a household Is dependable and takes scheduled commitments seriously Communicates promptly and professionally Has reliable transportation and is comfortable driving to clients throughout South Orange County Is comfortable working independently in clients' homes Is friendly, trustworthy and makes families feel comfortable Is looking for a long-term position, not temporary or seasonal work Can commit to at least 3 appointments per week Most appointments are approximately 3 hours, with the opportunity to take on additional clients depending on your availability. Pay starts at $25/hour + 100% of tips, with opportunities for additional appointments, referrals and incentives. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping families and takes pride in being the person they can count on. Reliability and communication are extremely important in this position.
