This pivotal role involves shaping the future direction of the organization, fostering innovative programs, and ensuring the achievement of key objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education and community development, and a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. As a Director, you will inspire teams, build partnerships, and drive impactful change across all levels of the organization. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and mission Lead curriculum development efforts to ensure high-quality educational programming Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure resources for ongoing projects and new opportunities Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation Provide senior leadership by guiding management teams and supervising staff members Foster a positive organizational culture through mentorship, coaching, and professional development Represent the organization at public speaking engagements, community events, and stakeholder meetings Collaborate with educators to enhance teaching practices and improve student engagement Supervise educational administration activities, including compliance with policies and standards Monitor program outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements Skills Extensive experience in management and senior leadership roles within educational or community organizations Strong background in curriculum development and education administration Proven success in fundraising strategies and building donor relationships Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth Skilled in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing projects effectively Exceptional public speaking skills to communicate vision clearly and inspire stakeholders Classroom experience or working directly with students to understand educational needs Effective management of multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams and external partners
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree 45 hours of approved Director-Administration training. 9 clock hours of approved preservice training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public. 3 clock hours of training in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. Basic Health & Safety training, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
