Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/ Cook to join a loving family in Northern Minnesota. Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children (3 & 8), ensuring their safety and emotional comfort at all times Prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the family's dietary needs and preferences (preference is Indian food). Assist with activities, educational play, and developmental exercises to foster learning and growth Maintain a clean and organized household by performing residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living spaces Support children with personal transportation needs for appointments or outings in a safe and responsible manner Engage in caregiving duties that include diapering, potty training, supervising outdoor play, and managing nap schedules Ensure first aid and CPR procedures are up-to-date and readily available in case of emergencies Qualifications Proven experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or private home childcare Demonstrated ability to care for multiple children simultaneously with patience and enthusiasm Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, preschool activities, and developmental milestones Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training preferred Strong skills in meal preparation, including accommodating dietary restrictions or allergies Ability to assist with personal transportation safely using a valid driver's license if needed Excellent cleaning skills with experience in residential housekeeping and maintaining a tidy home environment Compassionate caregiver committed to nurturing children's growth while fostering a positive atmosphere This role is perfect for someone passionate about nurturing young minds while maintaining an organized household.
