provide trusted childcare that can be tailored to each family's unique schedule and needs. We're currently expanding our caregiver team and looking for dependable, engaging, and safety-focused individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children.

What You'll Do:

Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for children of varying ages Maintain a safe, nuturing, and positive environment Engage children through play, educational activities, reading, crafts, and age-appropriate outings Assist with meals, snacks, bottles, diapering, naps, and children's routines as applicable Follow each family's instructions, househould routines, and childcare preferences Provide scheduled nanny care, occasional babysitting, date-night care, after-school care, and other assignments based on availability Maintain professional and timely communication with families and The Nanny Edit Charlotte Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance for all accepted assignments Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Current CPR/First Aid certification - required Valid driver's license and clean driving record - required Reliable transportation Must successfully complete a background check Must provide professional and/or childcare references Dependable, trustworthy, patient, and professional Strong communication skills Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries Preferred Experience Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, childcare provider, daycare teacher, teacher/teacher assistant, CNA, healthcare worker, pediatric caregiver, or similar role is preferred. Schedule & Compensation $18-$23 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment Approximately 5-25 hours per week, depending on caregiver availability and client needs Flexible scheduling Part-time opportunities Daytime, evening, weekend, date-night, and occasional care opportunities may be available Referral program Why Join The Nanny Edit?
